Thanks for stopping by, my goal is to help you feel prepared and excited about having your baby.

As a mom of 3 kids, I remember how overwhelming and scary it was preparing for pregnancy and parenthood.

Don’t get me wrong, all of the Doctors, midwives and nurses were amazing resources, but they were hard to make appointments with and don’t get me started with the jargon!

So here, on our little-growing website, you’ll find stacks of information about everything from pre-conception to postnatal care and how to parent gently and effectively.
